Eligibility for each program is based on household income levels. To see if you're eligible, your counselor will do a confidential pre-screen assessment.
Step 4
If you're eligible, your counselor will help you finish enrolling. They'll contact you if the program needs any more documentation, like proof of income or a copy of your insurance card.

As you progress through your therapy, our financial coordinators keep track of how long you're covered under the program and how much funding is left in your balance. We stay on top of the process to make sure you're covered for as long as possible.
