Your specialty medications will come from BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy instead of Kroger Specialty Pharmacy.
You may receive a phone call from BioPlus to:
- Schedule your next specialty medication refill
- Update your payment information
For your security, your payment details will not automatically transfer from Kroger Specialty Pharmacy. This is why we’ll need to collect your payment information again when we call.

Do I need to notify my doctor?
We’ve got you covered! We have already reached out to your healthcare provider about this change. You don’t need to take any action.
